Jasmine Ward is a purpose-driven professional specializing in the art and science of human capital and business. She has over 8 years of progressive, interdisciplinary experience in managing programs, people, and projects of all sorts. Her most purposeful work sits at the intersection of Inclusion & Diversity and Employer Branding: both critical components to expanding pathways for underrepresented talent to secure meaningful, rewarding work at top companies.
Jasmine currently leads Employer Branding at software company PagerDuty. She previously worked for global organizations Lenovo and Greening Youth Foundation. In the past, Jasmine has served on boards for Durham Public Schools (Career, Technology & Education Committee) and Triangle Women in STEM.
Growing up in a military family, Jasmine developed a love for travel and culture at an early age. She most likes to spend her time experiencing new destinations, food tourism, collecting unique cultural fashions, seeking new thrills (Skydiving, check! Bungee jumping next?), gaming, camping, and kayaking.
Jasmine is a graduate of Spelman College and lives in Atlanta, GA.
