Gretchen is the Founder and Chief Talent Advocate for Hire Powers. She has spent 23 years working for some of the worlds largest employers including IBM, Lenovo, Red Hat, Cisco, and NetApp. Her passion for recruiting combined with her unwavering dedication to ending joblessness in America, led her to do more amidst the COVID-19 pandemic which has so many displaced. While not working or traveling from city-to-city Gretchen enjoys time with her 4 children and 2 furbabies.
