Nicole joined Hire Powers at its inception in June 2020 with a passion for talent acquisition and philanthropy - a match made in heaven. After starting out as a summer intern she quickly advanced, making her the youngest Talent Advocate at Hire Powers which allowed her to go on our 2nd cross-country tour. While Nicole still has one semester left in her pursuit of her HR degree at East Carolina University, she will still be supporting our candidates and her team. While she’s not on the road with Hire Powers, she enjoys surfing, playing softball, and beating her friends at the poker table.
